10 pax capacity apartment for rent-Les 2 Alpes

The apartment is located in Les Deux Alpes, in the 2 Alpes 1800 part of the resort (map attached). It has direct access to the slopes with a chair lift that connects to the entire ski area. Near the apartment are a small supermarket, a bakery, a ski rental shop, restaurants, and an indoor spa and swimming pool. The center of the resort is within walking distance, and there are free shuttles throughout the day to go from one end to the other.

There are two main ski schools with direct access from the appartment: ESF (French ski school, from 1st star level), with meeting point 10 min walk from the apartment, and ESI Saint Christophe (European ski school, from 5-6 years old), with a shuttle picking up the children and bringing them back a couple of minutes away from the flat (in front of the building).

The property

A four bedroom apartment of 95 squared meters (c. 1022 square feet) for up to 12 people. It was fully renovated and furnished to a high standard. The flat is fully equipped, including:

Level 1.5:

– Entrance/skiroom: benches, boot dryer, coat racks
– Living room: large TV, TV box and DVD player. Balcony
– Kitchen / dining area: large table for 14 people, dishwasher, raclette and fondue appliances, mixer, oven, microwave etc.

– Double bedroom #1: 160×200 bed (can be split in two 80×200) and TV. Ensuite shower room with toilet

– Washing machine and dryer

Level 1:

– Double bedroom #2 and #3: 160×200 bed (can be split in two 80×200) and TV. Ensuite shower room with toilet in each bedroom

– Dormitory room #4: 4 beds (80×200 bunk beds). Ensuite shower room with toilet
